Michelle Keller-Ng is a distinguished retiree from District Council 37 (DC37), AFSCME, and serves as the President of the NYC Coalition of Labor Union Women (NYCCLUW), AFL-CIO. Known as DC37's "Hometown Girl," Michelle's leadership and mentorship have left a lasting impact on her community and colleagues. She passionately advocates for women's roles in the labor movement, emphasizing the need for transparent strategies and creative, tireless organizing.

Michelle's career spans over 42 years with the NYC Housing Authority and NYC Housing Preservation and Development. Her extensive experience and commitment to service have been evident in her various roles within the DC37 Retirees Association, NYC Central Labor Council, International AFSCME, and other organizations. As a district leader for the Peekskill Democratic City Committee and a member of the Westchester Black Women's Political Caucus and Westchester Women's Advisory Board, she continues to inspire and empower workers and youth, championing civic engagement and social justice.

Michelle is married to Joseph Ng, a former DC37 computer specialist, and they have a daughter, Chloe, who teaches at Latham Elementary School in Albany, N.Y. Chloe embodies her mother's spirit of "can do, and can be seen," influencing young lives daily.
